Culkin and Bovina volunteer firefighters combat a fire that began Monday morning at a mobile home park along U.S. Highway 80. No one was in the mobile home, and no injuries were reported. Two cats were rescued from the blaze that began around 9:15 at 4100 U.S. 80, Lot 18. The fire began in the front bedroom and was under control in about 15 minutes, said Kelly Worthy, Warren County volunteer fire coordinator. The home was owned by Vicksburg firefighter Robert Johnson, who rented it to Jennifer Johnson. (The Vicksburg Post/MELANIE DUNCAN)
