PORT GIBSON Emma Wright died Monday, Feb. 3, 2003, at River Region Medical Center. She was 86.

Survivors include a daughter, Rosie Epps of Hermanville; two stepbrothers, George Sayles of Greenville and Robert Sayles of Port Gibson; nine grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 26 great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Jones Chapel Church in Carlisle, Miss. with the Rev. Johnny Hughes officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 1 until 5 today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until the service Saturday at the church.
