Freddie Lee Hall.

Freddie Lee Hall died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2006, at her home in Vicksburg. She was 53.

Ms. Hall was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph King Sr. and Willie Mae Hall King; one brother, Jesse James King; and a son, Calvin Watson.

Survivors include her son, Frederick Burns of Indianapolis; two brothers, Michael King and Claude King, both of Vicksburg; seven sisters, Vera Hall-Wheatley, JoAnn King, Brenda King, Claudette King, Debbie King-Hall, Laura Ann King and Willena King, all of Vicksburg; grandchildren; and other relatives.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Douglas Bryant officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Louis W. Lane.

Louis W. Lane died Monday, Jan. 16, 2006, in McComb. He was 62.

Born in Vicksburg, Mr. Lane was the son of the late John James Lane Sr. and Annie Mae Miller Lane. He had been a McComb resident since 1999.

He was a longtime office manager for The Valley Department Store and in later years for The Street Clinic. He was a communicant of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in McComb.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack Lane Jr. and Joseph Lane.

Survivors include his wife, Julie Newman Lane of McComb; two sisters, Ann Lane Lee and Marie Lane Cessna, both of Vicksburg; and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Riles Funeral Home with the Rev. Patrick Curley, pastor of St. Michael Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Thursday until the service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be John Richie, Walter Richie III, David Jenkins, Jimmy Weaver, Steven Placher and David W. Walley.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Alexander, John Hobbs, Joe Ventress, Robert Williams and James Weaver.

Lesta T. Lee Jr.

Lesta T. Lee Jr. died Monday, Jan. 16, 2006, at Promise Specialty Hospital of Vicksburg. He was 82.

Mr. Lee was a lifelong resident of Vicksburg. He was the son of the late Lesta T. and Mary F. Earp Lee Sr. He retired from First National Bank of Vicksburg in 1988 after 30 years of service.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and Korea. He was a life member of Knights of Columbus and an active member of St. Paul Catholic Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Geri Kathleen Lee; and a brother, Billy Lee.

Survivors include his wife, Marye Lou Lee of Vicksburg; two sons, Michael G. Lee of Vicksburg and Timothy P. Lee and wife, Diane, of Rockledge, Fla.; and two granddaughters, Allison and Shannon Lee of Rockledge.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, 2006, at St. Paul Catholic Church with the Rev. Patrick Farrell, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. Thursday until the hour of the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be David Vanderberry, John Hennessey, Paul Banchetti, Bob Pickett, Mike Jackson, Harold Blue, John Black and Billy Kittrell.

Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Dolan, Sid Tucker, Gordon Cotton, Hobbs Freeman, John Cesare, Dr. Dan Edney and David Gibson.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church, 713 Crawford St., Vicksburg, MS or Vicksburg Catholic School, 1900 Grove St., Vicksburg, MS 39183.

Creasie Elizabeth Muirhead Williams.

Services for Creasie Elizabeth Muirhead Williams will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Glenwood Funeral Home in Vicksburg. Burial will follow at Mound Cemetery in Rolling Fork.

Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Williams died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2006, at her home. She was 72.

She was born in Gould, Ark. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johni C. Williams; and her parents, Leroy Muirhead and Ruth Myers Muirhead.

Survivors include two daughters, Maureen Dannimiller of Perry, Ohio, and Brenda Jobe of Memphis; three sons, Robert A. Mullen of Manila, Ark., Perry N. Mullen of Tallulah and Phillip E. Mullen of Lawrenceville, Ga.; one brother, Lawrence Muirhead of Vicksburg; two sisters, Ruth Katherine Poole of Vicksburg and Sally Myers of Columbus, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Steve Mullen, Chad Dannimiller, Buddy Poole, Shane Jobe, Millard Hearld, Steve Williams, Kyle Hall, Billy Ray Muirhead and Brandon Mullen.
