Four people were injured in a shooting early Saturday morning at a Vicksburg fast food retaurant, Vicksburg Police say.
Officers responded to a call of shots being fired at McDonald’s, 2400 Clay St., Saturday about 1:45 a.m., said Capt. Mark Culbertson of the Vicksburg Police Department.
“Several cars were blocking each other on the north side of the building, and we’re assuming that there was some type of altercation before shots were fired,” Cubertson said. “Several people that were on the scene left before talking to the police.”
Deon Taylor, 21, 2722 Yaeger St.; Ronnie Tolliver, 27, 210 Rancho Road; Tremaine Washington, 20, 4920 Halls Ferry Road; and Eric Wallace, 24, 1213 Harrison St., were taken to River Region Medical Center.
Taylor, Tolliver and Washington were treated and released, said hospital spokesman Diane Gawronski.
Wallace, who was shot once in the chest, became frustrated with medical personnel and left the hospital before being treated, Gawronski said.
His condition is unknown.
On Saturday, police had no suspects in the shooting, Culbertson said.
Anyone with information on Saturday’s shooting is asked to contact the Vicksburg Police Department at 601-636-2511.
