Henry Martin Jr.

Services for Henry &#8220Flat” Martin Jr. will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert L. Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Martin died Tuesday, April 25, 2006, at River Region Medical Center. He was 86.

A World War II veteran, Mr. Martin was a baseball player and a painter.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Martin Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Henrietta Bolls Martin of Vicksburg; and other relatives.
