Ethel Carson

CHICAGO – Services for Ethel Carson were at 11 a.m. today at Williams Funeral Service. Burial followed at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Carson died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007, at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Chicago. She was 91.

A housewife, Mrs. Carson was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Irene Whitfield; her husband, Henry Carson; a son, Moses Williams Sr.; three brothers, Jessie Bell, Albert Bell and Isaiah Bell; and one sister, Annie Mae Bell Crawley.

She is survived by a number of grandchildren, including Moses Williams Jr. of Chicago.
