A 4-year-old Port Gibson girl died Saturday as the result of a wreck on Old Port Gibson Road near Utica, Warren County Deputy Coroner Kelda Bailess said.

Hannah Grace Austin, the daughter of Wendy Austin and Jamie Herrington, 4001 Old Port Gibson Road, died of &#8220internal injuries,” Bailess said. An autopsy was planned for today at the Mississippi Crime Lab in Jackson, Bailess said.

Hannah was a passenger in a car driven by her mother when the accident happened about 1 p.m., according to reports. At least one other sibling was believed to also be in the vehicle.

A spokesman with the Hinds County Sheriff’s Department said no information on the wreck, including how many vehicles were involved, was available Saturday.
