Robert Lee Baldwin died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2008, at River Region Medical Center. He was 73.

Born in Warren County, Mr. Baldwin was retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He was a Navy veteran and a member of St. Luke Freewill Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Baldwin.

Survivors include his wife, Vivian Anderson Baldwin of Vicksburg; two sons, Gary Lee Baldwin of Vicksburg and Edward Lee Baldwin of Mobile, Ala.; two daughters, Stephanie B. Combs and Constance Baldwin, both of Vicksburg; one brother, Elijah Baldwin Jr. of Greenwood; one sister, Ethel Dixon of Clinton; his parents, Elijah Sr. and Ethel Myles Baldwin of Vicksburg; and six grandchildren.
