Mr. and Mrs. David Beeman Wall of Raymond announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Lee, to David Bradford Nix of Oxford. Mr. Nix is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Gary L. Miller of Wichita, Kan., and Mr. and Mrs. David G. Nix of Waxahachie, Texas.

Miss Wall is the granddaughter of Mrs. Elsie T. Hossley and the late Earl S. Hossley of Vicksburg and Dr. and Mrs. E. Rosser Wall of Clinton.

Mr. Nix is the grandson of Dr. and Mrs. J. Elmer Nix of Jackson and Mr. and Mrs. John H. Nix of Natchez.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Central Hinds Academy. She received her undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Mississippi in 2006 and was a member of Delta Gamma sorority.

Miss Wall will receive her juris doctorate degree in May from the University of Mississippi School of Law.

The prospective groom is a 2000 graduate of Oxford High School. He received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Alabama in 2004 and was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He received his juris doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2008 .

Mr. Nix is a land broker with MMB Energy LLC in State College, Pa.

The couple will exchange vows March 7, 2009, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Oxford. The Rev. Joseph Tonos will officiate.
