St. Aloysius falls at Mount Olive|Prep basketball

Alex Lanier scored 19 points in a losing effort as the Flashes fell at Mount Olive 48-47 on Tuesday. Ford Biedenharn scored 13 points and Sean Johnson added 11 for the Flashes (12-12).
In the girls’ game, the Lady Flashes (6-20) lost a 64-61 heartbreaker to Mount Olive despite Carlye Smith’s 24 points and 12 rebounds. Katie Koestler added 19 points and Tori Hines contributed 12.
