Aaron Harrington threw seven strong innings and helped her own cause with a three-run homer to help Stringer beat St. Aloysius on Thursday, 4-2.

Mallory McGuffee went 3-for-4 with a triple and an RBI for St. Al (4-1, 0-1 Division 7-1A), and Caitlyn Park was 3-for-4 with a run scored.

Sarah Franco had an RBI double, and also matched Harrington in the circle by throwing six strong innings. Franco scattered six hits, walked none and struck out six.

St. Al will play Warren Central tonight at 6:30.
