Emily Lyn Tillman and Michael Stephen Donovan Jr. will be married at 4 p.m. March 28, 2009, at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center. A reception will follow. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Miss Tillman is the daughter of John G. Tillman and the late Tammy Tillman of Tillatoba. She is the granddaughter of John B. Tillman and Margaret Ann Tillman of Tillatoba and Edna Grantham of Cascilla.

Mr. Donovan is the son of Michael Stephen Donovan Sr. and Carla Donovan of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of Michael and Joan Donovan of Vicksburg and the late Tommy Lee and Bonnie Stamps of Prentiss.

The bride-elect graduated as salutatorian of Strider Academy, where she was a member of the National Honor Society and served as freshman class president. She received the Citizenship Award and was senior class reporter for the newspaper staff.

She attended Delta State University, where she was a Gridiron Girl.

Miss Tillman is a retail sales consultant for AT&T.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Warren Central High School.

Mr. Donovan is a technician for MicroSystems Inc.
