Nine people were convicted of driving under the influence in local courts during the week ending Tuesday.

Found guilty of DUI first offense in Vicksburg Municipal Court were:

* John Derek Ables, 22, 1893 Porters Chapel Road, fined $661.

* Robbin Douglas, 54, 145 Bradford Drive, Lot 5, fined $681.

* Wesley Joe Evans, 33, 3104 Oak St., fined $661.

* Dwight Willie Harris, 22, 926 Meadow St., fined $661.

Found guilty of DUI second offense were:

* Martha Susan Jameson, 49, 320 Wells Road, fined $681.

* Michael Lawrence Turner, 40, 229 High Hill Drive, fined $961.

Found guilty of DUI first offense in Warren County Justice Court were:

* Petrina S. Doyle, 19, 2711 Oak St., fined $671.50.

* Rickey Lee Ross, 45, 1208 China St., fined $671.50.

* James M. Wavrin, 33, 9800 Freetown Road, fined $661.50.
