Three convictions of driving under the influence were recorded in Warren County during the week ending Tuesday.

First offense convictions in Vicksburg Municipal Court were:

• James Earl Brown, 44, 1618 Tommy Ford Road, Utica, fined $681.

• John Henry Morgan, 49, 1109 Grammar St., fined $661.

Convicted of second offense DUI in Municipal Court was:

• Charles Lenell Duck, 47, 4750 Four Lee Road, fined $981.

No DUI convictions were recorded in Warren County Justice Court.
