Services for Melvin David Chambers will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1 until 5 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until the service Monday at the funeral home.

Mr. Chambers died Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. He was 47.
