Dortch, Khullar exchange vows in Colorado

Stephen Wesley Dortch and Anita Maria Khullar were married in an outdoor ceremony at 6 p.m. Aug. 15, 2009, at Eastholme Bed and Breakfast in Cascade, Colo. The Rev. Calvin R. Wulf officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Helene Khullar and the late Dr. Surinder Khullar of Pensacola, Fla. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Pablo Baena of Cincinnati, Ohio.
The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Mark Stephen Dortch of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of the late Charles E. Dortch and Marion Elaine Dortch of Jackson and the late Davis Andrew Whitfield Jr. and Jean Eloise Whitfield of Greenville.
The bride was given in marriage by her mother.
The groom’s father served as best man.
Maid of honor was Gita Graves, sister of the bride. Bridesmaid was Heather Valentine, niece of the groom.
Ring bearer was Griffin Valentine, nephew of the groom.
A reception followed the ceremony.
For a wedding trip, the couple traveled on a weeklong exploration of the Colorado mountains.
They will make their home in Jacksonville, Fla., where the bride is a pharmaceutical sales representative for Daiichi Sankyo Inc. and the groom is the Ports and Harbors section manager for HDR Engineering Co.
Rehearsal dinner
A catered barbecue rehearsal dinner was held at the Eastholme Bed and Breakfast on the eve of the wedding.
Breakfasts
Guests were treated to a gourmet breakfast and a tour of the Garden of the Gods park on the morning of the wedding, along with a farewell breakfast before the couple left for their honeymoon.
