Patricia K. and Eugene Allen Rust III announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Marnette, to Johnny Dean Maruszak. Mr. Maruszak is the son of Cliff and Karen Winfield of Brandon.

Miss Rust is the granddaughter of Bill Ramsauer and the late Pat Ramsauer of Tallulah and Marjorie Rust and the late Eugene Rust II of Jackson.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Vicksburg High School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology from Mississippi State University and a doctorate with honors in physical therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Miss Rust is a physical therapist at River Region Medical Center.

The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Brandon High School. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi.

Mr. Maruszak is an avionics specialist in the Mississippi Air National Guard.

Vows will be exchanged at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 24, 2009, at Wilsonwood Lodge. A reception will follow. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.
