Dennis Ray Erves and Alma Jeanette McGee were married at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 10, 2009, at King David M.B. Church No. 2. The Rev. Johnny L. Williams officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of the late Mary Jane Dixon of Cary and Jerry C. Jackson of Chicago. She is the granddaughter of the late Floyd and Allie Lee Norris of Cary.

The groom is the son of the late Nora Mae and Charlie H. Kelly of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of the late Elnora and John H. Kelly of Vicksburg.

The bride’s chosen color was beige.

For a wedding trip, the couple will travel to Atlanta.

The bride is employed at Riverwalk Casino, and the groom is employed at Rainbow Casino.
