Dr. Norman Connell, a Vicksburg physician, has completed the second year of his Maintenance of Certification Part II-ABC exam with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, an independent, nonprofit organization that certifies obstetricians and gynecologists in the United States.

Connell practices with River Region Medical Center.

He received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson and completed his residency at Louisiana State Medical Center in New Orleans.
