Junior Auxiliary of Vicksburg members and volunteers work Wednesday to attach personalized tiles to concrete towers at the Playground at Catfish Row. Volunteers built the playground on Levee Street near the City Front floodwall, and $8,000 of the cost was covered by sales of the tiles. Working here are Jill Upchurch, front, and, from left in rear, Stacey Lambiotte, Joey Lee and Melissa Blackburn. At right are some of the tiles before they were attached. The entire playground cost $160,000, JA members said. (Colby Hopkins*The Vicksburg Post)
