Jimmy Vessell, a member of First Presbyterian Church, adds a coat of paint to one of two Habitat for Humanity homes on Stadium Drive Wednesday as he and other church members volunteered. They have worked for about a month to try to get the homes completed by the end of the month so the potential owners will be allowed to apply for homebuyer tax credits.
