Greg Shorter of Shorter’s Towing attaches chains to the bottom of a Ford Explorer found flipped Saturday on Zollinger’s Street. Vicksburg police officer Markeetia Braxton said that by the time cops arrived, the driver had left the scene, the keys were still in the vehicle’s ignition and the radio was still playing. The accident was under investigation, Braxton said, and the driver had not been located.
