The Rev. Matthew Ruhl of Kansas City, Mo., leads a Cycling for Change group along U.S. 61 North, south of Oak Ridge Road, Friday. The goal is to reduce poverty one mile at a time by encouraging agencies and people to work together. Ruhl and his team started in May in Cape Flattery, Wash., and is headed to Key West, Fla. The goal is 100 days of cycling, across 5,000 miles, to be wrapped up in September.
