Many thanks to the individuals who participated in our first Halloween candy buy-back program.

Your generosity made it possible for us to collect more than 58 pounds of candy, which has been packaged and shipped to Operation Gratitude. From there, it will be forwarded to our men and women serving overseas.

Participants from age 2 to 79 came by the office and dropped their donation in the container. A special thanks to Mike and Melanie Roach of McDonald’s, who also participated by donating coupons to each individual who brought candy.

We were so pleased with the program that we already plan to make this an event for next year. Thank you again to those who participated in this worthwhile program.
