Curtisene Brooks Smith died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2010, at her home. She was 55.

Mrs. Smith was a former employee of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and We Care Community Services of Vicksburg. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Barbara A. Brooks and Ora D. Brooks.

Survivors include her husband, Freddie Smith of Vicksburg; a sister, Cynthis Brooks of Houston; and a brother, Rickey Brooks of Jackson.

Robbins Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
