Mission Primary Care Clinic is one of 11 medical practices in the state selected to lead an effort to stop tobacco use in Mississippi.
The Tobacco Cessation Office Champions is a ninth-month project administered by the Mississippi Academy of Family Physicians Foundation and funded by the Mississippi State Department of Health’s Office of Tobacco Control.
It is aimed to equip the selected sites with tools for promoting a tobacco-free culture, especially in daily office routine.
Mission Primary Care is an independent medical facility at 1901 Mission 66. It has been open for about 15 years.
