Vicksburg man jailed on larceny, forgery charges

A Vicksburg man was in the Warren County Jail Saturday after being arrested earlier in the day for stealing a computer and checks.
Joshua Orr, 28, 1104 Monroe St. Apt. 7, was arrested on a warrant by Vicksburg police at 8:29 a.m. at his home and charged with grand larceny and uttering a forgery, Vicksburg police Sgt. Sandra Williams said.
Orr is accused of taking a Dell computer and three checks belonging to Vicksburg Stone and Plaster Company, 715 China St., Williams said. The business reported the thefts on Feb. 7, Williams said.
Orr was being held on a $10,000 bond.
