Anderson, relay team are victors for VST

The Vicksburg Swim Team was in third place after two days of the Stamm Invitational swim meet at the Vicksburg City Pool.
The final day of the meet is today starting at 9 a.m.
The Jackson-based Mississippi Makos were in the top spot after 80 events with 758 points, with Sunkist Swim Team second with 568. Vicksburg Swim Team tallied 481 points.
Hunter K. Anderson won the boys 100-meter breast stroke with a time of 1:22.23. Wally Wibowo was second with a time of 1:24.73 and Chris Luke made it an all-VST top three in third with a time of 1:25.67.
The boys 400-meter freestyle relay team of Matt Shoenberger, Anderson, Morgan Stone and Wally Wibowo were the other winners for the VST with a time of 4:17.66.
The boys ages 12 and under 200-meter freestyle relay team of Charlie Martin, Slade Miles-Kingston, Conner Clark and Tommy Martin took third with a time of 2:41.77.
Tommy Martin finished fourth in the boys ages 9-10 100-meter breaststroke with a time of 1:55.24.
Charlie Martin was third in the boys ages 11-12 100-meter breaststroke with a time of 1:37.34.
Wibowo finished second in the 100-meter fly with a time of 1:13.20.
Conner Clark took third in the boys ages 9-10 100-meter freestyle race with a time of 1:23.42, while Tommy Martin was fourth in 1:24.15. Martin was was third in the ages 9-10 50-meter fly with a time of 43.10 while Clark was fifth with a time of 45.98. In the boys ages 9-10 50-meter backstroke with a time of 46.76, Martin finished third. Miles-Kingston was third in the boys ages 11-12 50-meter fly with a time of 43.34.
Scott Wallace was fourth in the boys ages 8 and under 50-meter backstroke with a time of 57.28.
The girls ages 12 and under 200-meter freestyle relay team of Abi Wallace, Katie Fox, Alyssa Pugh and Mallory Claire Dickey finished third with a time of 2:54.18. Dickey finished fourth in the girls ages 9-10 100-meter breast stroke with a time of 2:00.51.
Dickey took third in the girls ages 9-10 100-meter freestyle race with a time of 1:25.62.
Blaine Butler was fifth in the girls ages 13-14 100-meter breaststroke with a time of 1:42.06.
