Deborah Ellen Elizabeth Norwood of Vicksburg and James Clifton Lang of Madison will be married at 3 p.m. Aug. 13, 2011, at Solid Rock Church of Vicksburg. A reception will follow at the church. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Miss Norwood is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Luke Thomas Norwood Jr. of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of the late Luke Thomas Norwood Sr. and Dora Norwood of Mobile, Ala., the late Brenda Ann McGee and Seldon Dean “Buddy” Smeltzer of Paris, Texas.

Mr. Lang is the son of Teresa Lang of Brandon and the late James Dickie Lang. He is the grandson of Faye Lang of Madison and the late Paul Lang Sr. and Betty Morgan of Brandon.

The bride-elect is a homeschool graduate. She is third key manager at Leggs/Hanes/Bali/Playtex.

The prospective groom is a graduate of McLaurin High School. He is employed in accounting at Kroger.
