Thirteen in Warren, Sharkey sentenced in Circuit Court

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
•Tommy Curtis Sr., 47, 1614 South St., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge M. James. Chaney to the Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, a fine of $3,000 and $1,297.50 in costs. Curtis was indicted Nov. 2.
• Rachel Diane Foster, 32, 50 Old Peltway Road, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to the Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, a fine of fine of $5,000 and $1,122.50 in costs. Foster was indicted in July 27.
• William Samuel Foster, 32, 50 Old Pettway Road, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Patrick to the Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, a fine of $5,000 and $1,122.50 in costs. Foster was indicted in July 27.
• Jordan LaMichael Jones, 17, 3540 Sunset Drive, Apt., D-3-2, Jackson, pleaded guilty to armed carjacking and was sentenced by Chaney to 15 years in prison followed by five years probation, a fine of $5,000 and $322.50 in costs. Jones was indicted Nov. 3.
• Tommy Lee Johnson, 40, 1511 Granger Hall Road, was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Chaney to eight years in prison plus $1,422.50 in fines, fees and restitution. Johnson was arrested Nov. 20, 2009.
• Chris Dewayne London, 29, 1716 First East St., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Patrick to five years in prison followed by five years probation plus a $5,000 fine and 622.50 in costs. London was indicted Nov. 10.
• D’Zackary Deangelo Williams, 18, 147 Irene St., pleaded builty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Chaney to to the Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, $340.44 restitution and $322.50 in costs. Williams was indicted May 5.
•Roderick Wayne Williams, 19, 1418 Martin Luthur King Jr. Blvd., was found guilty of violating probation and was sentenced by Chaney to four years in prison followed by four years probation plus $1,762.50 in fines, fees and restitution.
In Sharkey County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
• Tommy Johnson, 19, U.S. 61 Anguilla, pleaded guilty to violating probation and was sentenced by Patrick to two years in prison followed by five years probation.
•Sedrick Lewis, 26, 643 Baconia Road, Rolling Fork, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Chaney to three years in prison followed by three years probation and $322.50 in costs.
•Vernon ‘Doc’ Montgomery, 29, 165 Day St., Rolling Fork, pleaded guilty to nonresidential burglary and was sentenced by Chaney to three years in prison followed by four years probation plus a fine of $1,500, restitution of $1,995.01 and $322.50 in costs.
• Cameron Smith, 33, address listed only as Vicksburg, pleaded guilty to grand larceny and was sentenced by Chaney to one year in prison followed by four years probation, a $1,000 fine, $6,666.66 restitution and $322.50 in costs.
• Jeremy Thames, 26, no address listed, pleaded guilty to grand larceny and was sentenced by Chaney to one year in prison followed by four years probation, a $1,000 fine, $6,666.66 restitution and $322.50 in costs.
