WESSON — Kathy Sanders Cross of Wesson died Friday, March 15, 2012, at River Region Medical Center. She was 53. Mrs. Cross was born in Wesson and was a lifelong resident. She worked at River Regional Medical Center as a cancer register.

She was preceded in death by her father, Norris Sanders Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Robert L. Cross Jr.; a son, Robert L. “Trey” Cross III; a daughter, Emily Marie Cross; mother, Sallie Hudson Sanders, all of Wesson; and three sisters, Linda S. Templeton of South Bend, Ind., Judy Theiler of Redwood and Shirley Ross of Terry.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Beuregard United Methodist Church in Wesson. Burial will follow at Beuregard Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Glenwood Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at the church.

Pallbearers will Mike Hudson, Mitchell Bessonnette, Michael Bessonnette, Bubba Lawrence, Curtis West and Terry West.

Honorary pallbearers will be John Theiler, Kirby Field, Jamie Frost, Brendan Blakeley, Andy Templeton, Tommy Cook, Scott Braley, Randy Templeton, Mickey Sanders, Bobby Owens, Harold Owens, Michael Rand, Tommy Young and Mike Lusk.
