In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

James Clay, 61, 1508 Marcus St., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, a $1,000 fine and $1,372.50 in costs. Clay pleaded guilty to a criminal information dated May 24.
