Seven found guilty

Seven convictions of driving under the influence were reported in Warren County for the week ending Tuesday.

Convicted of DUI, first offense, in Vicksburg Municipal Court:

• Jennifer Ann Miles, 43, 712 Speed St., was fined $775.50.

In Warren County Justice Court:

• Dwight L. Albert, 37, 60 Eastover Drive, Apt. J-1, was found guilty of DUI, other substances, and fined $277.

• Tommie L. Beacham III, 23, 2060 Belknap Road, Edwards, was found guilty of DUI, other substances, and fined $277.

• Rebecca Ann Boyd, 24, 3 Beauregard Drive, was found guilty of DUI, other substances, and fined $377.

• Timothy Lee Leverette, 35, 5531 Gibson Road, was found guilty of DUI, first offense, and fined $677.

• Waymon L. Powell Jr., 28, 2446 Cornet Place, Jackson, was found guilty of DUI, other substances, and fined $277.

• Eliazar Rivera, 50, 2410 Kent St., Harlingen, Texas, was found guilty of DUI, first offense, and fined $677.
