Five guilty in Warren County Circuit Court

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
• Adleine Denise Bingham, 23, 300 N. Poplar St., pleaded guilty to shoplifting, third offense, and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to three days in jail followed by four years and 362 days of probation, a $1,000 fine, $479.05 restitution and $322.50 in costs. Bingham was indicted in January 2011.
• Don Aaron Brown, 43, 433 S. Sixth St., Greenville, was found guilty of violating probation for a March 2008 conviction of forgery by counterfeit instrument and was sentenced by Chaney to five years in prison and $2,171.50 in fines, fees and restitution. Brown was indicted in January 2008.
• Donny Lee Jones, 57, 533 Farmer St., was found guilty of violating probation from a November 2008 conviction for felony bad check and sentenced by Chaney to fives years in prison. Jones was indicted in August 2008.
• Tashika Leshean Sanders, 22, 450 Lake Hill Drive, Apt. 1611, was found guilty of violating nonadjudicated probation for embezzlement and sentenced by Chaney to the 9th Circuit Drug Court program for a period not to exceed five years and $2,322.50 in fines and fees. Sanders was indicted in May 2009.
• Kenya Stevens, 19, 1421 High St., pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Chaney to 283 days in prison followed by five years’ probation, a $1,500 fine, $679 restitution and $322.50 in costs. Stevens was indicted in May 2011.
In Sharkey County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
• George Chaney, 51, 247 Worthing St., Rolling Fork, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, third offense, and was sentenced to 100 days served in jail, followed by three years’ probation, a $1,500 fine, $7.22 restitution and $322.50 in costs.
