Services for Canarie Rankin will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. Joseph Willis officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Ms. Rankin died Saturday, June 30, 2012, at Shady Lawn Nursing Home. She was 57.

She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy David Wyatt and Virginia Stimage Rankin; and a sister, Mary Rankin Williams.

She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Denise Williams and Dee Antionette Leach, both of Vicksburg; four brothers, Willie Rankin, Frank Rankin and Jessie Rankin, all of Vicksburg, and Robert Wyatt of Aurora, Colo.; four sisters, Peggy Nabors, Rosie Wyatt and Thelma Rankin, all of Vicksburg, and Judy Dixon of Columbus; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives, including Louis Brown and Richard Williams of Vicksburg.
