The high-water mark for St. Aloysius on a soggy, miserable Friday night at Balzli Field against Greenville-St. Joe came in the first quarter.

Quarterback Connor Smith, on third down and goal to go from the 5-yard-line, lofted up a fade to Will Pierce, but Demanuel Bailey ripped the ball away from Pierce for an interception.

Everything from that point was downhill for St. Aloysius as the Fighting Irish went to the power running game and rolled to a 36-3 win.
