RIVERDALE, Ga. — Services for Marie Sims Williams, formerly of Vicksburg, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Dillon-Chisley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Williams died Friday, Aug. 24, 2012, at Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale, Ga. She was 87.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Josh and Eliza Sims.

She is survived by a daughter, Rose Bone of Decatur, Ga.; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and other relatives, including Hattie Jones, Otho Jones, Mary Jones, Dilcy Williams, Sara Grissom and Ruby Hammond.
