ROLLING FORK — Lurinzo Odems died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012, at AMG Specialty Hospital in Greenwood. He was 69.

Survivors include five sons, Shawn Wilson of Chicago, Mark Atlas of Vicksburg, Harvey Davis and Kenny Davis, both of Rolling Fork, and Sammie Davis of Gastonia, N.C.; six daughters, Pertrina Wilson of Chicago, Teresha Myles, Betty Booker and Rushonda Atlas, all of Rolling Fork, Robin Davis of Greenville and Shirley Frazier of Cary; two brothers, William Curtis of Chicago and Roosevelt Lindsey of Rolling Fork; five sisters, Lucille Odems of Bloomington, Ill., Estella Evans, Clara Myles and Mary Johnson, all of Rolling Fork, and Warrien Lindsey of Hollandale; 27 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Mount Herald M.B. Church in Rolling Fork with the Rev. Milton Evans officiating. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Rolling Fork. Visitation will be tonight from 5 until 6 at Walker Funeral Home.
