Four sentenced in Warren County

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
• Granklin Bailey, 45, 2033 Warrenton Road, pleaded guilty to grand larceny and was sentenced by Chaney to Hinds, Leflore or Jackson County Restitution Center for a period of up to 10 years while $1,884.50 in fines, fees and restitution is paid. Upon release from the restitution center, Bailey will be on probation for three years. Bailey was indicted in July.
• Jarvis Xavier Hawkins, 27, 1100 Elizabeth St., Pattison, was found guilty of violating probation from a 2008 conviction for burglary and grand larceny and sentenced by Patrick to five years in prison. Hawkins was indicted in January 2007.
• Patrick Hopkins, 25, 104 Bering St., was found guilty of violating the terms of the Ninth Circuit Drug Court Program from a 2009 conviction of driving under the influence, third offense, and sentenced by Chaney to two years of house arrest followed by two years’ probation. Hopkins was indicted in August 2008.
• Timothy Lovell Reeves, 33, was found guilty of violating probation from a 2008 conviction for felony eluding and larceny of a motor vehicle and was sentenced by Patrick to six years in prison. Reeves also pleaded guilty to sale of a controlled substance and sentenced by Chaney to four years in prison followed by two years probation, a $5,000 fine and $684.50 in costs. Reeves was indicted for felony eluding and larceny of a motor vehicle in May 2007 and for sale of a controlled substance in July.
