Bail was set at $200,000 Wednesday for two men accused of the robbery and kidnapping of a 76-year-old Vicksburg man and $100,000 for their accused accomplice.

Municipal Judge Toni Terrett set bail at $200,000 for Lance Burton, 24, 3700 Gowall Road, and Kody Goulette, 20, 107 Warren St., and at $100,000 for Misty Lee, 21, 405 Timberland Place.

The three are accused of robbing and kidnapping the man Monday from the parking lot of a Vicksburg casino and hotel. The man, from whom $440 was stolen, was released uninjured, police said.

An additional $10,000 bail was added for Burton and Goulette who also are accused of shoplifting items from The Home Depot, 50 Halls Ferry Park Road.

Despite the bails, Goulette is not expected to be released because he was being held without bail for the Mississippi Department of Corrections. In addition, Goulette is on probation for a conviction of charges of possession of burglary tools and nonresidential burglary.

Burton had been indicted in October 2011 by the Warren County grand jury on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was out on bail in that case. The 9th Circuit District Attorney’s Office will make the decision on whether Burton’s bail will be revoked.

All three remained in the Warren County Jail this morning.
