$200,000 in stolen goods found in Claiborne hollow

Tractors, TVs, 4-wheelers, cars and guns are among the stolen items found in Claiborne County, clearing thefts in three counties dating to 2001.

Claiborne County Sheriff Marvin Lucas said recovered items are valued at about $200,000.

One man was jailed, and more arrests are possible, the sheriff said.

Steven Mark Curtis, 47, 7142 Curtis Lester Road, was charged with possession of stolen property, Lucas said. Curtis was in the Claiborne County Jail this morning on $48,000 bond.
