Verify sales to Boy Scouts

Last year my mother and I were approached at her home by a couple of Boy Scouts taking orders for popcorn. Their mom and dad were in the van in the driveway. We went out to the van to talk to them and give them our money. We filled out the form and gave the woman our cash, as the dad told us they were going around neighborhoods so they could get more orders.
We never received our popcorn. We had our address and phone number on this form so if they had a problem remembering where it was located, they should have called us. This was a legitimate Boy Scout popcorn order form because I have ordered it before from the scouts.
People, please make sure you follow through with your child’s orders because this makes the Boy Scouts look bad, plus it rips off innocent people.
