HARRISBURG, Pa. — Elsie L. Caldwell died Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at her home in Harrisburg, Pa. She was 60.

She retired from the Navy Supply Information System Activity in Mechanicsburg, Pa., and was a member of Beulah Baptist Church of Steelton, Pa. She was a lifelong member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., past Matron of Sheba Chapter No. 32 Order of Eastern Star (OES) and past Grand Worthy Matron/state leader of Deborah Grand Chapter, OES, Prince Hall Affiliation.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kelr Jones; her father, Daniel Caldwell; her mother, Lillian Gray Caldwell; and a brother, Daniel L. Caldwell.

She is survived by one brother, Herbert P. Caldwell of Vicksburg; and nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews and cousins, including the Caldwell, Gibbs and White families of Vicksburg.
