Shirley Ann Lawrence died Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at River Region Medical Center. She was 75.

Mrs. Lawrence was a native of Benton, Miss., and had lived in Vicksburg for many years. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and attended Northside Baptist Church.

She was a cashier at Super Junior.

Mrs. Lawrence was preceded in death by her husband, Mervin Lawrence Sr.; her parents, Albert Scott and Edith Mae Scott Oneal; her great-granddaughter, Jenna Nordquist; and a sister, Alice Beard.

She is survived by one son, Bubba Lawrence Jr. and wife Donna of Vicksburg; four daughters, Pam Holman and husband Preston of Morton, Sandy Hearn and husband Danny, Diane Scallions and husband Junior, all of Vicksburg, and Pauline Vessell and husband Randy of Edwards; her stepmother, Mary Scott of Vicksburg; two half-brothers, Frank Scott of Kiln and Ricky Scott of Flora; three sisters, Carol Stevens, Brenda Owens and Peggy Shiers, all of Vicksburg; one half-sister, Angela House of Yazoo City; 10 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Bubba Lawrence Jr, Josh Nordquist, Chris Hearn, Robbie Cross, Chris Scallions, Phillip Grantham, P.J. Holman and Johnnie Dale Grimshel.

Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Hearn, Trey Lawrence, Junior Scallions, Randy Vessell, Preston Holman and Brandon Smith.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Glenwood Funeral Home in Vicksburg with burial at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.

Visitation will be this afternoon from 4 until 7 at the funeral home.
