CHICAGO — Lee Von Skinner, a former resident of Vicksburg, died Wednesday, January 22, 2014, at his home in Chicago. He was 70.
Rev. Skinner was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Davis Sr., and two brothers, Lloyd Davis, Jr., and Eddie Davis.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Skinner of Chicago; four sons, Corey Skinner and Brian Skinner, both of Chicago, and Brandon Skinner and Michael Skinner, both of Illinois; one daughter, Sandra Skinner of Illinois; his mother, Velma S. Davis of Vicksburg; one brother, Raleigh A. Davis of Vicksburg; two sisters, Wanda P. Davis of Vicksburg, and Arnette D. Warren of Clinton; grandchildren, one aunt, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, at Pleasant Green M.B. Church in Chicago.
