Tallulah man held for murder

A Tallulah man was held in Madison Parish Detention Center following a shooting at a convenience store.
Tremone Rasheed Lee, 23, was arrested at about 11 a.m. in Tallulah by Madison Parish deputies and has been charged by Louisiana State Police with second-degree murder, LSP spokesman Albert Paxton said.
The arrest came after the fatal shooting George Baker Jr., 23, at 10:50 p.m. Saturday at Queen Mama Food Mart in Tallulah.
