Flora Rumbley died Thursday, March 20, 2014, at River Region Medical Center following a brief illness. She was 56.
Ms. Rumbley was a native of the Philippines and had worked as a dealer at Horizon Casino. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete with W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home in charge.
