Two Port Gibson men accused of raping a Vicksburg woman will stand trial in November.
Tremaine Montreal Anderson, 20, 1060 Griff Circle, Lot 1, and Michael Duncan, 19, 107 Whitney Drive were arraigned Monday after indictment last week by a Warren County grand jury for rape.
Circuit Judge M. James Chaney set trial for both men for Nov. 10.
Anderson and Duncan are accused of raping a woman Feb. 16 in her home in the 2200 block of Drummond Street.
The woman told police she met one of the men at a nightclub and ate with him at a restaurant before inviting him back to her home, Vicksburg police Capt. Sandra Williams has said.
It was unclear from the report which man she invited home. However, he brought two friends with him when he arrived, Williams has said.
A third suspect, Shaquille Williams of Port Gibson was arrested after the rape report and charged with burglary for forcing his way back into the home to remove property, but his case was remanded, according to court records.
Anderson and Duncan posted $10,000 bail each after their arrest and were released from the Warren County Jail.
