On July 12, 2013, Fulgham and five other people broke into a home in the 5900 block of Oak Ridge Road where they stole a television, a video game console, games, and guns, according to Warren County sheriff’s records.

Fulgham then traded a gun stolen in the burglary to James Edwards, 34, who was living on Arrowleaf Drive.

Edwards was later convicted of two counts of possession of stolen property and a count of possession of a weapon after felony conviction. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

In a separate case, another man involved in the burglary ring was sentenced to Ninth Circuit Drug Court.

Samuel Hunter Anderson, 19, no address available, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property and was sentenced by Chaney to drug court for a period not to exceed five years.

Anderson was initially arrested with Fulgham after deputies caught the two men with marijuana on Redbone Road.

During interrogation, Anderson admitted that he was at Fulgham’s home when Fulgham and five others returned with stolen property.

Edwards told deputies that Anderson and Fulgham had both traded stolen property to him in exchange for meth.
