In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Shaniqua Tiana Brown, 31, 734 Locust St., pleaded guilty to possession of a counterfeit instrument and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to two years in prison followed by three years’ probation, a $1,000 fine, $3,600 restitution and $384.50 in costs. Brown was arrested Nov. 10.

• Roderick Burden Jr., 21, 2016 Sky Farm Ave., was found guilty of violating a non-adjudicated sentence for nonresidential burglary, adjudicated and sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to 80 days of time served followed by four years, 285 days of probation. Burden was indicted in May 2012.

• Anthony Culbertson, 34, 100 Massey Road, was found guilty of violating a sentence to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for possession of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and sentenced by Chaney to five years’ probation. Culbertson was indicted in January 2010.

• Glenn Kenneth Goulette, 27, no address available, pleaded guilty to two counts of larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Chaney to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, a $1,500 fine and $1,894 in costs. Goulette was indicted in October.

• Charles Edward Harris Jr., 34, no address available, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was sentenced by Chaney to 234 days of time served followed by five years’ probation, a $500 fine, $3,500 restitution and $384.50 in costs. Harris pleaded guilty to a criminal information dated Feb. 19.

• Doff Nicholson, 55, 2006 Ford St., was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and sentenced by Patrick to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years and $3,609.50 in costs. Nicholson was indicted in October.

• Robert Daniel Temple, 53, 2136 Crestwood Place, Picayune, pleaded guilty to uttering a forgery and was sentenced by Chaney to 36 days of time served followed by three years’ probation, a $1,000 fine, $1,624.28 restitution and $384.50 in costs. Temple was indicted in July.

• Robert Williams, 36, 813 Lee St., pleaded guilty to possession of more than .1 gram but less than 2 grams of cocaine and was sentenced by Chaney to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years and $3,609.50 in costs. Williams was indicted in January 2014.
